MembersHansHans started out playing the bass by a coincidence actually, and now he says the the only instrument he’ll ever trade with, is the oboe in an orchestra (true!!). But let’s start a little bit earlier. At the age og seven Hans was signed up for piano lessons and during the years of playing the piano Hans often made his teachers dissapointed by not practicing and doing his homework. The next instrument not to be practiced on for a couple of terms was the saxophone. At the age of 13 Hans started playing the piano once more, but it ended the same way as the first time. Not a very promising start on a musical career. At the age of 14 Hans started to play at home on his own, on the old acoustic gutiar his father had since long. Inspired by the very first rock-cd he’d bought – Lenny Kravitz, “Are you gonna go my way” he learned the very first chords. The interest for music now really took off and Hans and his best friend Erik started to play the guitar together in the old shed at Erik’s parents. Soon hereafter Hans, without ever berfore had touched a bass, signed up for the school orchestra as the bassplayer at the school musical. Luckily, a crappy old bassguitar which Hans father once built was available at home. For the first time Hans actually practiced an instrument for pure fun, feeling satisfied with every progress he made.Musical influences:The two first records (vinyl) that Hans ever bought was Europe – “Final Countdown” and Twisted sisters “stay hungry”. He was seven years old, and got them on sale using his pocket money. These records was followed up by a double vinyl with the jackson five, and then ozzy’s album “bark at he moon”.The cd’s/artists that has made most influence late years is:Pearl Jam, Metallica, Foo Fighters, U2, Smashing Pumpkins, Oasis, James Iha, Kiss, Pantera, Beatles, Lenny Kravitz, The Who, Audioslave, Guns’n'roses, Nirvana, Argent, David Bowie, Queen, Brainpool, Cardigans, Eels, Jimi Hendrix, Live, etc.Equipment:
